Our driveway has no shade at all and I asked them to come out on what ended up being a really hot day which I think led to some areas drying too fast and showing some minor lines. I called and mentioned it to the owner and his response was very positive. He came out a few hours later and added another coat free of charge. Awesome customer service and great final product! Loved the work that Black Diamond did for us! You can tell that they used quality sealer. The previous blacktop company we used must have purchased cheap sealant because it didn't last more than 6 months (it looked like the sealant had washed away in certain areas) and when we called, they wouldn't back up their work.. they have since gone out of business! We had our driveway seal coated by Black Diamond Sealcoating. We were amazed by the thorough prep work that was done. All the edges of the driveway had all vegetation removed including the cracks.
